Clone Yourself, A
Guide To Outsourcing Submitted By: Tony Scorch What I really need today
are ten clones of myself. If I have ten people that think like me, have
my passion and work ethic, then I could really get things done. Unfortunately,
the “mini me” concept is not viable so I am stuck with trying
to find good substitutes. Outsourcing things that you need done to promote
your business allows you to practice the important concept of working
on your business instead of working in your business.
If you have an E-commerce store this becomes very apparent very quickly.
It can be so easy to get suckered into the daily operation of putting
out fires. However if you have a one man shop, there has to be some element
in which you work in your business as well as work on it.If you have to
take care of the shipping and wear all of the other hats it can be hard
to do some hardcore marketing and still have time left in the day. This
is where outsourcing your help can get even wiser.
You know what you want done (which is key) now all you have to do is assign
the work which allows you to work smarter. For example say you outsource
your article writing. When you receive your articles all you have to do
is submit them to the databases you like and wait for the results. If
you have a steady flow of articles coming in, this is a powerful way of
getting links. Subbing out directory listings, text links ads and finding
relevant sites and their linking strategy is all smart business. Another
great way to save some time is to joint venture with someone who has a
relevant business theme but not a direct competitor. For example I have
a friend that has a business site that does not compete with my site in
any way. In fact besides trading links, we can promote each others sites
by working together.Click here for
